Aims
This course prepares students to work in various types of kitchen
facilities by teaching them how to prepare, plan and cost a large
variety of dishes on offer in most hotels / restaurants.
Course Duration: 11/2 Years
(Inclusive of Industrial Attachment - 3 months)

For the successful Food and production student, careers can be pursued in Hotels, Restaurants, Lodges, Hostels etc. at the local, regional and international level as well as those enterprising enough to manage their own hotels or establishments.
Fee structure:
Tuition Fee - Kshs. 20,000/- Per Term (Term - 3 Months)
Material Fee - Kshs.14,000/- (Incl. of Foreign Language)
Exam Fee - Kshs. 8,000/- (Incl. of Foreign Language)
